C.S. 2 (S) seam sectioning saw is designed to run at high speed, using 1/32'thick saw blades to cleanly cut the can to expose a cross section of the finished can.

Seam sectioning saw is supplied with a single seam fixture of the customers choice as standard.

Saws bespoke manufactured to customers specifications, i.e. longer or wider tables or different cut widths to suit other viewing instruments.

Features include.

Unit uses a three phase motor  and  inverter  to  function  as a  single  phase motor,  helical  gearbox  for maximum cutting  torque.

Dual switch control, operator must have both hands on the controls at all times.

Safety cut out, activated whenever the lid is opened.

Low voltage inverter control circuit.

Earthed to a central point.

Blades 5" OD  x 1" ID  x 1/32"  x  280 tooth  titanium  coated.

Linear bearing cutting platform.

Automatically returning blade guard.

Blade steady to eliminate lateral blade movement.

CE approved.

Stainless steel cabinet with clear anodised aluminium.
